I have embarked on a deeply meaningful path in life to be in alignment with God and the abundance that is provided for us. The only thing in the way, is our belief about our deservingness of that abundance. Through coaching with me, your growth will be correlated to the level of belief you have in yourself. And in the process, you rediscover the unwavering force that God has given each and every one of us - to create the life we desire most.

Through understanding and studying the intricacies of the the mind, I became intrigued about the subconscious vinyl record that replays in our life over and over again. This record has kept score of our earliest childhood memories and dictates the direction of our lives until we decide we want to change the record. Hypnotherapy is a tool that changes the record with our decision at the forefront of the shift.

In my journey, I have explored the subtleties of energy and what it feels like when energy is flowing versus stagnant. As a Kundalini Reiki Master, I help empower you to rediscover the felt-sense of energy shifts within you, returning health & well-being to your energy body.

One of the most important things in life - is the process of giving life. As a virtual birth doula - who has experienced a range of my own births - I act as a sacred space holder for you to come fully into your rite of passage as a birth shaman. This honor, should you choose to work with me, is taken with great care for your emotional, physical, and spiritual health. As it has been for me, pregnancy & birth can be a deeply healing process for generational trauma. And given the right tools, environment, and practices, you too can heal through working with me.

How you do anything is how you do everything. Everything in life can be sacred of anything you do is sacred. Holding space for the sacred is my God given gift and I relish in the opportunity and honor to give that to you.
